Please handle the house with care like it was yours, we will kindly ask you to leave the place the same way you found it
Please respect the premises and smoking is not allowed in the house.
You can use the balcony, patio and outside area for this. We love pets but they are not allowed.
Anything you might need, you can call us on 24 hours basis. The keys will be delivered upon your arrival at the house and all details will be fully presented to you at the property.

Cancellations and prepayment
• If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• 50 percent of the total amount may be charged anytime after booking.
• 50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival. The balance of the total price is to be paid in cash upon your arrival.
